1. Overview
At Saloospa, we strive to ensure our users have a smooth and satisfying booking experience.
This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request refunds for bookings made through our platform.
Saloospa operates as a digital intermediary connecting customers with independent salons, spas, and barbers.
Each salon or barber listed on our platform manages their own service quality, pricing, and cancellation terms.
2. Service Nature
Our platform facilitates appointment bookings for beauty and grooming services.
Since these are intangible services, there are no physical returns.
Refunds apply only to prepaid bookings that meet the conditions below.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed only before the scheduled service time and according to the individual salon’s policy.
- Some salons may allow free cancellations up to a certain time (e.g., 2 hours before service).
- Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in partial or no refund.
b. Salon/Barber-Initiated Cancellations
If a salon or barber cancels your confirmed booking:
- You will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
- Refunds are processed automatically via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be issued if:
- The service was not provided due to salon or barber unavailability.
- You were charged twice for the same booking.
- The salon or barber approved the refund request due to a valid reason (e.g., booking error, unavailable service).
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed or partially availed services.
- Dissatisfaction with the service quality (must be raised directly with the salon).
- No-show by the customer at the scheduled time.
- Violations of the salon’s cancellation or attendance policies.
5. Refund Process
If your booking qualifies for a refund:
- The salon/barber approves the refund via their dashboard.
- The refund request is processed securely through Razorpay.
- The credited amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Saloospa does not process refunds directly; all payments and reversals are handled by Razorpay.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between customer and salon/barber:
- Saloospa will act as a neutral mediator.
- You can raise a dispute by emailing support@saloospa.com within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time.
- Saloospa’s decision, after reviewing both sides, will be final.
7. Razorpay Payment Handling
All payments made on Saloospa are processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway, which complies with RBI and PCI-DSS security standards.
Saloospa does not store your card or bank details.

8. No Cash Refunds
All refunds will be issued only through the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet).
Cash or manual refunds are not permitted.
