Welcome to Saloospa, a digital platform that connects customers with salons, spas, and barbers for booking beauty and grooming services.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Saloospa mobile applications and website.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or website.
2. Apps Covered
These Terms apply to all products and services under the Saloospa brand:
- Saloospa (Customer App) – For customers to book services.
- Saloospa Salon (Salon App) – For salons to manage bookings and services.
- Saloospa Barber (Barber App) – For barbers to manage assigned appointments.
3. Account Registration
- You must register with accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- Saloospa reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.
4. Services Provided
Saloospa acts as a booking facilitator between customers and salons/barbers.
We do not own, operate, or control any salon or spa services directly.
Salons and barbers are independent service providers, solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their services.
5. Booking and Payments
- Customers can book services through the app.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway.
- Booking confirmations are sent via app notification or SMS/email.
- Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the respective salon’s policies.
- Any refund or dispute will be handled between the customer and the salon, though Saloospa may assist in resolution.
6. Pricing and Offers
Prices displayed in the app are set by salons.
Saloospa is not responsible for pricing discrepancies, unavailability, or expired offers.
Promotional discounts provided by Saloospa are time-limited and non-transferable.
7. Responsibilities of Salons and Barbers
- Provide accurate business details, services, and pricing.
- Maintain professionalism and service quality.
- Honor confirmed customer bookings.
- Update booking status in real-time through the app.
Failure to comply may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
8. Responsibilities of Customers
- Arrive on time for bookings.
- Respect salon and staff policies.
- Use the platform lawfully and refrain from abusive behavior or fake reviews.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Each salon manages its own cancellation and refund policy.
If payment is made online, refunds (if applicable) are processed through Razorpay within 5–10 business days after approval by the salon.
Saloospa is not liable for payment delays caused by banks or gateways.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
- Post false reviews or content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system.
Violation may lead to immediate termination and possible legal action.
11. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, and content on Saloospa apps and website are the property of Saloospa Technologies.
You may not use or reproduce them without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Saloospa acts only as a facilitator.
We are not responsible for:
- Quality of salon or barber services
- Damages or injuries caused during service
- Service delays or unavailability
- Data loss due to third-party technical issues
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saloospa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Modifications
Saloospa may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
15. Termination
